Rest assured that if you, or your customer, receive a defective product, we will repair or replace it for you.
The Protection Pros will not ship out a replacement until we receive the defective one first. At which time we will inspect for the defect, and repair or replace accordingly. .
DEFECTIVE SELF DEFENSE PRODUCTS: Should you, or your customer, receive a defective item, it can be shipped directly to The Protection Pros.The Product will be repaired or replaced. If we find the item to not be defective, we can ship the item to you at your cost for shipping.
DEFECTIVE NANNY CAMS: Should you or your customer receive a defective Nanny Cam, it can be returned directly to us. At which time, the item will be inspected for the defect and repaired or replaced accordingly. We will NOT issue a credit for ANY Nanny Camera - if your customer decides he/she no longer wants the item, it will be shipped to you, at your cost for shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you choose to have us ship a replacement out before we receive the defective item, you will NOT receive credit for the defective item - it will be repaired or replaced, and shipped back to you at your cost. - NO EXCEPTIONS.

We at The Protection Pro's strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices. Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective or unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific Protection Pro's product page.
All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by The Protection Pro's before any products are returned. We test all of our products before shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. If you have any questions regarding your order or any of our products, please email us.
RETURN POLICY: All our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other hi-tech products are special order items and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer. All returns must be authorized by The Protection Pro's before product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging.
All returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 30% restocking charge and the product(s) must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). Special exceptions for returning your order may be made on a case-by-case basis. In this event,The Protecion Pro's will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at The Protection Pro's discretion. NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from The Protection Pro's.
A Protecion Pro representative must authorize the return, and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from The Protection Pro's. Returns that are shipped to The Protection Pro's by the customer without prior authorization will be subject to refusal of package, and will be returned to the customer.
When returning the product(s),The Protection Pro's requires that the customer use a shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, also insuring the package for the full value of the product(s). Using these methods will ensure safe delivery to The Protection Pro's. It is NOT recommended to ship the package via regular US Mail. Please notify The Protection Pro's with the tracking number or delivery confirmation number once the package has shipped.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
WARRANTY: We guarantee all The Protection Pro's products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 1 year (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration. ALL SALES FINAL UNLESS IT IS A MANUFACTURE DEFECT
